Each pillar runs in structured 3-month cycles. Our elite and specialised coaches will guide you through each programme.

Review & continue

At the end of each 3 months, our bespoke programmes give the option to continue your programme, swap to a new pillar, or add an additional pillar.

Our founder

Bella Kristiansen, founder of wellspent, is a workplace wellbeing strategist specialising in culture, performance and employee retention across the UAE and London.

Prior to launching wellspent Dubai, Bella founded Good Company London, delivering structured, bespoke in-office wellbeing programmes to corporate teams. Her work focused on moving organisations from ad-hoc initiatives to integrated strategies that strengthen engagement, performance and talent retention.

With a foundation in education, human development and behavioural dynamics, alongside experience as an internationally trained yoga instructor, Bella brings a commercially grounded, people-centred approach to workplace performance.

Through wellspent, she helps organisations build workplaces where diverse, multinational teams feel physically well, culturally connected and genuinely supported - choosing to grow their careers internally, which in turn contributes to stronger retention, leadership pipelines and long-term return on people investment.
